A special session for moms-to-be...most people recommend yoga to prenatal mothers, so here is a podcast just for you! Some yoga to stretch your body and connect you to your little divine baby. Alanna leads you through a series of yoga postures including standing poses, sun salutations, simple backbends and a final relaxation - all while reminding you that the true goal of this practice is to experience a connection with baby.
