This 20 minute yoga session is designed to work the deepest of your abdominal muscles -your core. When we learn to engage our core muscles, we create not only a strong practice, but a sense of grace and strength in all your movements. Let Alanna's guide you through a short, but challenging jivamukti yoga practice that includes sun salutations, standing poses, deep core work, and a shavasana.
